TWO COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR GRADUATING BPS SENIORS

The Boston School Committee seeks applications from graduating members of the BPS Class of 2008 for two college scholarships:

• The Thomas W. Payzant Public Service in Education Scholarship:   $2,000 scholarship for a student who has demonstrated strong academic achievement and strong leadership and service to his/her school and/or the district. Read more - Word or PDF form
• The Richard R. Green Scholarship in honor of Dr. Elizabeth Reilinger:   $10,000 scholarship for a student who has demonstrated strong academic achievement and a commitment to pursuing a college degree in Education and/or pursuing a career in teaching, school administration, education policy, or another education-related field.
